Within the village of inland Adeje there's a host of historical buildings including the Strong house dating back to 1555.

Centrally placed for easy access from Las Americas and the Cost Adeje resorts is Sky Park Tenerife, Calle Castilla s/n, Torviscas Bajo 38660, Adeje, Tenerife. There's a good selection of waterpark rides here, plus a big bungy tower. The course is a Par 72 course, with an attractive setting offering views out to sea, plenty of obstacles including lakes, and a driving range, golf classes and club rental all available. This beach is disabled friendly with easy access, and has good amenities with sunbeds and shades, parking, restaurants and bars, showers, changing rooms, toilets and local taxi ranks and bus stops plus a public telephone.
Aqualand Costa Adeje is the big waterpark down in South Tenerife, Avda.
Dotted with palm trees, various family watersports outlets, an adjacent tourist info point, and lined with sunbeds and shades, this beach has excellent family amenities. (Exit 27 off the TF1, just up from Los Cristianos). It's quite a contrast here inland at Adeje compared to the bustling Costa Adeje holiday resorts.
